Location: Cincinnati, OH- Hybrid

Duration: Long term contract

Job Description:

We are looking for a Java Developer with hands-on experience in Amazon Connect (AWS Connect) to build and support cloud-based contact center solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong Java development skills and real experience working with Amazon Connect contact flows, integrations, and AWS services.

Responsibilities:

Develop backend applications using Java.
Build and manage Amazon Connect contact flows and integrations.
Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and APIs.
Troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based contact center solutions.

Requirements:

Strong Java development experience.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect (Contact Flows, Queues, Routing).
Experience with AWS services and API integrations.
Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native development.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with AWS Lambda and event-driven architectures.
Familiarity with Amazon Lex, IVR systems, or contact center platforms.
Experience working in cloud-based and platform engineering environments.
