Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Python

Build and consume RESTful APIs with a focus on performance, security, and reliability

Develop responsive frontend components using Angular or React

Integrate and manage messaging solutions using Solace / MQ

Design and optimize Oracle / MS SQL databases, including queries and data models

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and follow DevOps best practices

Containerize applications using Docker and deploy/manage workloads on Kubernetes / OpenShift

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready solutions

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across environments

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Must-to-Have Skills

Strong programming skills in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

Experience with SQL databases and data modeling.

Proficiency in API development and RESTful web services.

Working knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Good understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Hands-on experience with Big Data tools like Apache Spark, HDFS, or Kafka.

Exposure to Snowflake or other modern cloud data platforms.

Experience With Airflow Or Other Workflow Orchestration Tools.

Knowledge of Angular / NodeJS for full-stack exposure.

Familiarity with Tableau or other BI tools for data visualization.

Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
