  • Supporting payroll processing and coordinating with finance.
  • Organizing and tracking performance reviews.
  • Preparing HR reports for management review.
  • Participating in workforce planning and recruitment forecasting.
  • Administrative Support.
  • Attendance & Leave Management.
  • Employee Records & HRMS Management.
