Job Description

Summary:
The role provides direct exposure to merchant pain points by supporting company products used daily by merchants, while enabling engineers to design and build platform solutions that enhance the overall merchant experience. It combines application support with platform engineering and innovation, offering broader scope than traditional support roles and exposure to AI-driven solutions and emerging technologies on large-scale, revenue-critical systems. The role also provides hands-on experience with high-scale payment platforms and merchant-centric systems within a globally distributed Agile delivery environment.

Responsibilities:

Work on the LEP Intelligent Alert Triaging initiative to support the expansion of alert management and prioritization capabilities.
Design, build, and onboard integrations for observability and alerting platforms such as Datadog, Splunk, Kibana, Sentry, and SOR (BigQuery).
Support alert validation, tuning, and rollout activities in collaboration with partner teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
Execute engineering and implementation work within defined sprint timelines.
Perform testing and validation of alert integrations and triaging logic.
Prepare documentation and provide rollout support.
Collaborate closely with globally distributed engineering and operations teams.
Track and prioritize work through a managed backlog.

Requirements:

6+ Years experience required
Engineering degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (Bachelor’s or master’s preferred)
