What You’ll Do
- Lead and grow your hardscape sales territory through strategic initiatives
- Participate in world-class training and certification programs (Professional Sales Training, ICPI, NCMA)
- Leverage our custom CRM and Business Intelligence tools to craft winning strategies and close deals
- Train and enable dealer teams to grow their business with Techo-Bloc products
- Maintain brand consistency and service excellence across all channels
- Collaborate with internal teams, sales directors, dealers, and contractors to share knowledge and best practices
- Maintain high standards for deliverables, visual branding, and user experience
- Research and share creative product placement ideas on social media
What We’re Looking For
- Strong and ambitious work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
- Post-secondary education
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a dealer network or hardscape/building materials industry
- Experience building sales action plans, analyzing reports, hosting events, and developing customer relationships
- Valid passport and ability to travel to Canada for training/meetings
- Home office-based with daily face-to-face on-site meetings; must have access to South West OH, USA
- Overnight travel expected for sales and training purposes
