Designs and develops scalable software solutions as part of an Agile squad, contributing across the full development lifecycle from architecture to deployment. Ensures code quality, follows best practices, and promotes continuous improvement through mentoring and collaboration.

• Develop and enhance software features and applications
• Drive solution architecture and technical design
• Write clean, maintainable, and test-driven code
• Mentor developers and enforce coding standards
• Automate processes and improve operational efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
• Troubleshoot issues and support end users
• Maintain documentation, controls, and compliance standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 15+ years of software development experience
• Strong knowledge of OOP, REST APIs, Git/GitHub, and Agile methodologies
• Understanding of secure coding and software best practices
