Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect who possesses a strong understanding of modern technology ecosystems and can guide aspiring engineers in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have exposure to one or more technology stacks and demonstrate the ability to evaluate requirements, architect solutions, break down complex problems into manageable components, and collaborate with delivery teams to drive successful outcomes. The individual should be an excellent communicator, problem solver, mentor, and effective user of AI-powered tools.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and own learning paths across core technical and solution architecture modules.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs.
• Break down complex problems into logical components, user stories, modules, and implementation roadmaps.
• Mentor learners on requirement gathering, solution thinking, architecture patterns, and delivery planning.
• Guide teams in selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks, and architectural approaches.
• Drive solution reviews, architecture discussions, peer reviews, and technical governance.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, solution design, documentation, productivity, and learning outcomes.
• Facilitate collaboration across diverse teams, stakeholders, and learner groups.
• Run assessments and provide evidence-based feedback.
• Ensure consistency of learning outcomes and delivery excellence across batches.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• 10+ years of experience in software development and/or project management-solutioning.
• Strong expertise in at least one core stack: Java/ Python. Should be open to working in a tech agnostic environment.
• Hands-on experience with OOP, databases, APIs, and debugging
• Ability to explain fundamentals clearly to fresh graduates
