ITI - Diploma Holder MEP Technician

Location: Solan, Himachal Pradesh

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role

We are hiring ITI or Diploma-certified technicians skilled in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing (MEP) work. The role includes installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks across different systems based on your specialization. Candidates should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to work independently or with the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems.


• Troubleshoot faults and provide effective technical solutions.


• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.


• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.


• Ensure proper safety protocols during all operations.


• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and team members.


• Prepare basic reports of tasks completed and materials used.


• Manage tools, equipment, and spare parts responsibly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI or Diploma in:


• Mechanical


• Electrical


• Plumbing


• (Any one or multiple specializations)


• Practical knowledge in installation and troubleshooting.


• Ability to read diagrams and follow instructions accurately.


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience in MEP industry, construction, maintenance, or industrial projects.


• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices.
