Job Description: IT Support Natural Adabas (AMF) - Lead Programmer Analyst (Exp: 5 - 8 years)

We are seeking a highly skilled and talented IT Support (AMF) with expertise in Natural Adabas to ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and enhancement of IT systems and tools. The role involves identifying and resolving anomalies, supporting internal teams, and contributing to

the development of operational procedures and technical documentation.

The Lead Programmer Analyst will act as a key interface between operational teams, reliability coordinators, buyers, and end-users, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT support services. By leveraging their technical expertise in Natural Adabas and problem-solving skills, the Senior Analyst will play a critical role in maintaining system reliability, driving process improvements, and supporting the

adoption of new technologies.

The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, third-party vendors, and end-users, to ensure the effective resolution of issues and the successful implementation of IT solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or Engineering.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Natural Adabas and system maintenance.
  • Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize issues and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.
  • Proactive, innovative, and curious mindset.
  • Structured and organized, with strong time management skills.
  • Excellent team collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with end users.
  • Adaptability to a complex and changing environment.
  • Professional-level English communication skills (French is a plus).
  • Strong expertise in Natural Adabas.

Roles & Responsibilities

Incident and Anomaly Management

  • Identify, analyze, and document anomalies and weak signals in IT systems.
  • Propose corrective and improvement actions to address identified issues.

System Monitoring and Maintenance

  • Monitor IT systems, tools, and installations, ensuring their proper functioning.
  • Perform or oversee corrective and improvement actions, both on-site and remotely.

SAP SD Expertise

  • Provide specialized support and expertise in Natural Adabas to address system issues and optimize processes.

Technical Support and Expertise

  • Assist internal teams in diagnosing anomalies and defining solutions.
  • Provide expertise to ensure effective resolution of technical issues.

Documentation and Training

  • Write and update technical documentation, including application code functionality and training materials.
  • Train users on implemented changes and new systems.

Operational Procedures Development

  • Develop and update operational procedures for users and technical teams.
  • Define safety conditions and logistics for interventions.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work with reliability teams, buyers, and peers in other departments to coordinate activities and share best practices.
  • Facilitate the adoption of new equipment or services by end-users.

Quality and Standards Compliance

  • Ensure the quality of interventions and compliance with existing standards.
  • Detect and address malfunctions before major incidents occur.
