This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support Executive at Shilton Hospitality Pvt Ltd, located in Chennai. The IT Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, managing IT operations, overseeing network administration, and ensuring seamless IT infrastructure for the organization. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to address technical challenges and improve system efficiency.

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to quickly identify and resolve technical issues
• Strong knowledge and experience in Network Administration and Information Technology systems
• Skills in managing IT Operations efficiently to ensure smooth functioning of organizational infrastructure
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly
