Job Description: External Experienced IT Specialist – KMH

Manage plant IT infrastructure, including servers, network, LAN/WAN, and end‑user systems
Provide shopfloor IT support for production, quality, and material flow systems
Support manufacturing‑linked applications (MES, data capture, reporting tools)
Ensure system uptime, cybersecurity compliance, and data integrity
Provide daily IT user support to production, engineering, quality, and SCM teams
Coordinate with regional IT teams and vendors for system upgrades and issue resolution
Support new system implementation during plant expansion and volume ramp‑up
Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset records

Qualification: External Experienced IT Specialist

BE/BTech/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
5–7 years of hands‑on IT experience in manufacturing or plant environment
Strong knowledge of networking, servers, hardware, and user support
Exposure to manufacturing systems / Industry 4.0 environments preferred
Ability to work independently as single IT owner at plant location
