Job Description
We are hiring a Lead Business Analyst with strong Retail Banking expertise and hands-on exposure to AI/ML, RPA, OCR/IDP, and digital transformation. The role involves leading AI‑enabled business initiatives across onboarding, payments, deposits, cards, and servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements for AI-enabled retail banking use cases: e‑KYC, identity verification, fraud detection, personalization, chatbots/virtual assistants, and STP workflows.
- Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across onboarding, service requests, disputes, and card lifecycle processes.
- Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, business rules, and BPMN workflows with clear acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to define features, decisioning logic, and model integration paths (risk scoring, NBA, churn predictions).
- Work with RPA teams (UiPath / BluePrism / Automation Anywhere) on document processing, reconciliations, customer service automation, and regulatory reporting.
- Drive AS‑IS / TO‑BE process designs aligned with STP and digital-first journeys.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, Compliance & Operations; lead workshops and stakeholder forums.
- Support UAT strategy, test case reviews, defect triage, and ensure timely & high‑quality releases.
- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML, data privacy, PCI‑DSS, and other regulatory standards.
Skills & Experience:
- 8–10 years of experience as a Retail Banking Business Analyst, with at least 2 years as a Lead BA.
- Strong domain expertise across:
- Digital Onboarding/KYC
- Payments (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/UPI/SWIFT)
- Deposits, Cards, Servicing, Disputes
- Hands-on exposure to AI/ML, IDP/OCR, chatbots/IVA, analytics & RPA.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Finacle, Flexcube, Temenos, Salesforce, Adobe, etc.
- Strong documentation expertise (BRD/FRD, User Stories, BPMN).
- Experience working in Agile environments (JIRA/Confluence).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business / Finance / Technology.
- MBA preferred.
- Certifications such as CBAP/CCBA, Scrum/PSPO, AI/ML or RPA Foundations are an added advantage
