Role Description The IT Sales Executive will work on-site in Kota in a full-time capacity, driving sales of Salesforce-related and other IT solutions to new and existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and lead generation through calls, emails, social channels, and networking, as well as qualifying opportunities and preparing proposals or presentations. The role involves managing client accounts, understanding their technology needs, coordinating with technical teams to shape solutions, and following up to close deals. The IT Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, track sales performance, and contribute to sales forecasts and reports. Regular communication with stakeholders, participation in client meetings or demos, and staying updated on Salesforce and IT industry trends are key components of the role.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong IT Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
- Candidates should possess effective Account Management skills to nurture relationships, manage pipelines, and support long-term client success.
- Candidates should possess solid Information Technology understanding to discuss solutions with clients and collaborate with technical teams.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Experience selling SaaS, CRM, or Salesforce solutions is highly beneficial, along with familiarity with CRM tools for tracking leads and opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in technology sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
