*Job Title: IT Recruiter & Non IT Recruiter*
*Company:* Venture Quest
*Working Hours:* 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
*Working Days:* 5 Days a Week
*Location:* Dehradun
*Salary:* Based on previous experience + Incentives
*Job Overview:*
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented *IT & Non IT Recruiter* to join our team at Venture Quest. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent to meet our clients’ requirements.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle
* Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
* Coordinate technical interviews with clients
* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
* Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding
*Requirements:*
* Prior experience in IT recruitment preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies
