Job Title: IT-OT Administrator

📍 Location: Noida (On-site)

 💼Experience: 4–5 Years

 🎓Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Instrumentation or related field
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, SCCM/Endpoint Administrator
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving IT and OT infrastructure issues

 🔍Required Technical Skills

• Experience in providing technical support and resolving technical issues efficiently
• Proficiency in Windows OS
• Hands-on experience with SCCM
• Working knowledge of Active Directory
• Experience with Zoho Admin
• Familiarity with ITIL practices
• Exposure to ISO standards/certifications is a plus

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for Windows laptops, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring minimal downtime
• Assist in connecting to OT systems such as SCADA and PLC using OPC UA and Modbus
• Provide insights and support on information security and IT-OT integration
• Manage user systems via Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager): deploy updates, enforce group policies, software distribution, and compliance management
• Handle patch management, backups, and system resource allocation
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Zoho applications, including user provisioning, access control, license tracking, subscription renewals, and compliance
• Procure IT-OT assets (laptops, peripherals, licenses) and maintain inventory for lifecycle management (deployment, maintenance, disposal)
• Maintain documentation of IT-OT processes, asset records, and support end-users via helpdesk/ticketing systems.
