The Role


We are hiring an IT Operations lead to manage Supply Chain IT Operations for enterprise customers across Pan India. The role will oversee operational support for business-critical WMS, TMS, Attendance Management, and related applications in a rotational-shift environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day support operations for WMS, TMS, Attendance Management, and related Supply Chain applications.
  • Ensure application availability, timely incident response, and business continuity across warehouse, logistics, and transportation operations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers and business users for incidents, service updates, and escalations.
  • Monitor application issues, service interruptions, operational delays, ticket queues, and SLA compliance.
  • Coordinate with Level 2 Application, Server, Network, Database, and Infrastructure teams for timely issue resolution.
  • Lead rotational-shift operations, shift handovers, incident follow-up, escalation tracking, and customer communication.
  • Prepare operational updates and support inputs for service reviews.



Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in IT Service Delivery, Production Support, or Supply Chain IT Operations.
  • Strong WMS and TMS domain knowledge is mandatory.
  • Experience managing or coordinating 24x7 IT Operations for Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, or Transportation customers.
  • Good understanding of incident management, SLA tracking, escalation management, and ITSM processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to speak and understand Tamil and Hindi is mandatory.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
