Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Handle employee onboarding and off boarding IT activities (email creation, system setup, access control, asset handover/retrieval)
Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper tracking of devices and accessories
Manage and maintain the Odoo ERP system across multiple modules (HR, CRM, Accounting, Marketing, Helpdesk, etc.)
Execute website updates, marketing campaigns, HR data processing, and helpdesk support
Monitor system usage and prepare daily EOD reports with performance and productivity insights
Research and recommend software tools and system improvements
Manage LMS operations, including course setup, user management, and training integrations
Maintain internal systems (CMS) and support learning & development initiatives
Ensure IT compliance, system security, and stable infrastructure support across the organization
