Pakka Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Infrastructure & Network Security Head to lead and strengthen our organization’s IT infrastructure, cybersecurity framework, network operations, server management, and data security systems. We strongly encourage women professionals in technology leadership roles to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure, network security, and server administration.
  
• Monitor and safeguard organizational systems against cyber threats, malware, ransomware, and network attacks.
  
• Ensure security monitoring for SYN flood, UDP flood, TCP flood, ICMP flood, IP flood, and other cyber risks.
  
• Manage backup and disaster recovery systems for SAP servers, web servers, local servers, and cloud servers.
  
• Implement and maintain firewall, endpoint security, VPN, and access control mechanisms.
  
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of networks, servers, and IT systems.
  
• Drive IT automation, data protection, and infrastructure optimization initiatives.
  
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders for seamless IT operations.
  
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies, and best practices.
  
• Lead troubleshooting and incident response for critical infrastructure and cybersecurity issues.
  

What You Will Bring

• 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Network Security.
  
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity, firewall management, server administration, and network security.
  
• Experience in backup management, disaster recovery, and cloud/server infrastructure.
  
• Hands-on exposure to SAP server management and enterprise IT systems.
  
• Knowledge of cyber threat monitoring and mitigation techniques.
  
• Experience in managing enterprise networks, VPNs, switches, routers, and security tools.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional coordination.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CEH, CISSP, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
  
• Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
