Bolla operates 200+ Retail Gas Stations with Convenience Stores (C-Stores) and automotive repair shops. Bolla partners with major food chains like Burger King, Tim Horton, Pizza Hut, and Subway.
Bolla is a premier Wholesale and Retail Motor Fuel (MF) supplier in Metro New York and New Jersey areas. Through our Bolla Transport division the company hauls Motor Fuel in both New York and New Jersey areas. We supply MF to our 200+ locations as well as an additional 100 Wholesale Dealers. It also constructs Ultra-Modern and upscale Gas Stations with C-Stores.
Bolla has over one Billion dollars in revenues and employs over 1200 Team Members.

Position Overview
Bolla Market is seeking an experienced Program Director – IT & Digital Transformation to lead and govern large-scale technology initiatives supporting retail stores, wholesale operations, finance, supply chain, and customer-facing platforms.
The role requires a strong background in enterprise application delivery, modernization of legacy systems, cloud platforms, and program governance, with the ability to manage multi-vendor, multi-location teams supporting US retail operations.
This position bridges business operations and technology delivery, ensuring systems are stable, scalable, compliant, and aligned with business growth.
The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with deep hands-on expertise in AI, mobile and web application development, data engineering, system integration, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Application & Platform Leadership
- Lead modernization and enhancement of business-critical systems including:
- POS and retail applications
- Inventory, supply chain, and warehouse systems
- Finance, accounting, and reporting platforms
- Drive migration of legacy systems to modern, scalable architectures where required.
2. Program & Delivery Management
- Own end-to-end delivery of IT programs across retail and wholesale portfolios.
- Define program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and delivery governance.
- Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, data, DevOps, and vendors.
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and minimal business disruption.
3. Digital Transformation & Modernization
- Lead transformation initiatives involving:
- Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure)
- Microservices-based architectures
- Web and mobile application modernization
- Automation of business workflows
- Drive adoption of Agile / Scrum / DevOps practices across teams.
4. Data, Reporting & Analytics Enablement
- Strengthen enterprise data platforms to support:
- Financial reporting
- Inventory visibility
- Sales and margin analysis
- Ensure data accuracy, availability, and consistency for leadership decision-making.
5. Stakeholder & Business Partnership
- Act as the primary IT interface for senior leadership, finance, operations, and external partners.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly to leadership.
6. Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Establish strong delivery governance, risk management, and control mechanisms.
- Support audit, compliance, and security requirements relevant to US operations.
- Ensure systems meet availability, performance, and regulatory expectations.
7. Team & Vendor Leadership
- Lead and mentor senior delivery managers, architects, and technical leads.
- Manage system integrators, cloud partners, and software vendors.
- Build a high-performance delivery culture focused on accountability and outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience
Core Experience
- 12-15 years in IT delivery, program management, and enterprise systems
- Strong experience in application modernization, cloud platforms, and enterprise architecture
- Proven success managing large, complex programs for global businesses
- Experience working with US-based business stakeholders
Technical & Functional Exposure
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure
- Enterprise applications & integration
- Microservices, APIs, modern web technologies
- Data platforms, reporting & analytics
- Agile / Scrum / DevSecOps delivery models
Education & Certifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent
- PMP / TOGAF / Scrum certifications (preferred)
