Job Title : Azure Data Engineer

Experince : 6- 10 Years

Location: Mumbai/ Chennai/ Bangalore

Role & responsibilities

Must-Have

1. Should have good hands on experience on building ETL flow using any ETL tool such as ADF etc.
2. Should be able to understand the requirement and design the data flow diagram of ETL process end to end.
3. Should have good hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries and advance concepts of SQL such has indexes,partition,filegroup,transaction etc.
4. Should be able to understand the business requirement and develop end to end data pipelines using required tools/technologies.
5. Excellent troubleshooting and good communication skills with good attention to details.
6. Should have knowledge on designing optimized data processing based on volume of data.
7. Able to create documentation that clearly explains the purpose of the data flow and its intended use.
8. Able to make regular modifications to existing production code for error correction and adding new features.
9. Experience using Visual Studio,SQL server management studio.
10. Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts such as dimension,fact,schema ,data loading process, dimensional modeling and data mining.
11. Flexible to learn and adopt tools/technologies used in project.
12. Able to write DAX queries and create PowerBI dashboards from scratch

Good-to-Have

1. Familiar with code versioning/source control(Git, or ADO)
2. Familiarity with designing datawarehouse architecture
3. Familiar Azure services such as ADF,Synapse Analytics, Azure blob,ADLS and fundamental concepts of various services in Azure
