We are actively looking for a skilled and result-oriented IT Bidder to join our team on an immediate basis. If you have strong experience in bidding and client handling, this is a great opportunity for you.

📍 Location: On-site (Only candidates available for on-site work should apply)

💼 Joining: Immediate / Urgent

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.
• Write compelling and customized proposals to win projects
• Communicate effectively with clients and understand their requirements
• Coordinate with the technical team for project execution
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Generate new business opportunities and achieve targets

🔹 Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in IT bidding
• Proven experience on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, etc. (must-have)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of web & mobile development technologies
• Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines
• Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
