• Generate new business leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer & other platforms
• Handle IT sales and client acquisition
• Manage client communication through chat, email, calls, Zoom & Google Meet
• Understand client requirements and prepare proposals/quotations
• Manage bidding processes on various freelance platforms
• Close deals and maintain long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with development and marketing teams for smooth project execution
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction

✔ Proficiency in IT Sales & Lead Generation

✔ Experience in Account Management & Client Communication

✔ Strong understanding of IT services and digital marketing solutions

✔ Excellent verbal & written communication skills

✔ Experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer & LinkedIn bidding

✔ Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills

✔ Ability to handle international clients professionally

✔ Relevant experience in IT Sales / Business Development is preferred

✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Marketing or equivalent is a plus
