Job Description

The IT Assistant will be assigned to support the maintenance of the operation of the data center, server systems, and thin client of CW Home Depot's IT infrastructure. The role will be directly under the IT Supervisor, who will assist in resolving IT-related issues for internal clients at all levels in a timely manner.

Duties and responsibilities

Assist in attending to hardware-related concerns
Supports the efficient management of IT infrastructure
Ensure that all servers are running at the best performance
Assist in hardware/software troubleshooting
Conducts installation of software and applications to servers
Performs testing of new devices before deployment
Assist in monitoring inventory of servers and its specifications
Address employee's IT-related inquiries
Assist in updating the server and push the updates to workstations
Performs other IT-related tasks from time to time.

We Are Looking For Someone With

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering, or other related program.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
With knowledge of basic hardware and software troubleshooting
Knowledge of Microsoft Server Domain, firewall, and security is an advantage
Collaborative and can coordinate at all levels of the organization
With analytical and problem-solving skills
