About the job:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Application Specialist to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting and integrating enterprise applications, including ERP and CRM systems, web and mobile applications, and API-based integrations. This role also supports the adoption of AI-enabled solutions to streamline operations and enhance customer service.


Job Accountabilities:

Support the implementation, configuration, and daily operation of ERP and CRM systems.

Maintain and enhance enterprise applications, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability.

Support web and mobile applications and ensure seamless backend integration.

Develop, consume, and maintain APIs for internal and external system integrations.

Assist in implementing and supporting AI-powered solutions such as chatbots and automated customer service tools.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and system improvements.

Perform application testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

Coordinate with vendors and implementation partners during system deployments and upgrades.

Maintain application documentation, technical records, and user guides.

Provide end-user support and deliver system training when required.

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

3–6 years of experience in application support, development, or system implementation.

Experience with ERP, CRM, or customer service platforms is preferred.
