Java Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with strong frontend and backend expertise to design, build, and maintain scalable applications. The role involves working with modern frameworks, microservices, and databases while leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve speed and code quality. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to agile delivery, troubleshoot production issues, and take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery in a fast-evolving, cloud-enabled environment.

Job Description:

• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (React, Angular, or similar) and backend skills (Java or Python /.Net).
• Practical experience with databases (SQL / NoSQL).
• Work experience in microservices, REST APIs, and secure coding practices.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools and prompt engineering.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and delivery-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).
• Prior experience with AI-enhanced testing, code optimization, or workflow automation.
• Agile team experience and participation in iterative delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications.
• Use AI-assisted tools (Copilot, AI agents) to accelerate development and improve code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development, testing, or production environments.
• Collaborate with architects, leads, and product owners to understand requirements and deliver outcomes.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Take ownership of assigned modules and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Adapt quickly to new technologies, frameworks, and AI-assisted development tools.
