Job Title: Investor Relations Manager

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and articulate Investor Relations Manager to act as the key bridge between the company and its investors. The ideal candidate will come from a strong finance background, possess excellent communication skills, and be confident in leading investor meetings, presentations, and discussions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy 
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and stakeholders 
• Lead investor meetings, earnings calls, and presentations with confidence 
• Communicate financial performance, business updates, and strategic initiatives clearly 
• Prepare investor-facing materials including presentations, reports, and press releases 
• Collaborate closely with finance, leadership, and corporate teams 
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment 
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and disclosure requirements 
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential investors 

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA/CA preferred) 
• 5+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or similar roles 
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and capital markets 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Proven ability to lead meetings and present to senior stakeholders 
• High level of confidence, professionalism, and stakeholder management skills 
• Ability to simplify complex financial information for diverse audiences 

Preferred Skills

• Experience in listed companies or dealing with institutional investors 
• Strong presentation and storytelling abilities 
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail 
• Proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools
