Compensation: ₹6,000,000 - ₹9,000,000 LPA + Uncapped Incentives

The Role: We are looking for a tenacious, highly connected, and detail-oriented Investor Relations Senior Associate to drive our Institutional Sales engine and Partner channels.
This is a high-volume, high-impact "hunting" and relationship-management role requiring grit, technical fluency, and precision. You will manage your own pipeline of channel partners (Real Estate Consultants and Financial Advisors) while building a highly qualified institutional pipeline of Family Offices and UHNWIs for our Vice President to close.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Acquisition & Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (IFAs, Wealth Managers, RE Brokers). Own the relationship end-to-end to ensure they are active, trained, and submitting deals.
- Retail Engagement & Fundraising: Actively manage the sales pipeline to engage directly with retail clients, guiding them through the investment process, and successfully raising funds for Raveum’s real estate offerings.
- Institutional Outreach: Execute strategic, high-volume outreach (cold calls, emails) to navigate gatekeepers and secure qualified meetings for the VP of Institutional Relations.
- Sales Enablement: Educate channel partners on Raveum’s U.S. Real Estate offerings so they can pitch effectively. Support them in closing end-clients by addressing technical queries on U.S. taxation and returns.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct rigorous research to build clean, high-quality databases of potential Family Office and Institutional leads, preparing detailed briefing notes prior to VP meetings.
What You Bring to the Table:
- The Network (Absolute Must-Have): You must possess an active, portable book of relationships in the Indian Family Office/UHNWI space.
- Technical Authority: You speak the language of IRR, Equity Multiples, Cap Rates, and Risk-Adjusted Returns fluently.
- Resilience & Drive: You have a thick skin, a strong work ethic, and are highly comfortable with high-volume prospecting and cold outreach.
- Operational Excellence & Autonomy: You are a self-starter with meticulous attention to detail in CRM management, data entry, and database scrubbing.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, relationship-building, and presentation skills. Prior experience in channel sales, agency management, or institutional fundraising is a strong plus.
Work Setup Requirements:
- Must be located in or able to commute to Thane, Mumbai.
- Must possess your own laptop equipped with an HD webcam for professional virtual meetings.
