Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive / Relationship Manager to drive sales of unlisted shares through extensive outbound calling and client engagement. The role requires strong communication skills, persistence in calling, and the ability to convert investor leads into transactions.
Key Responsibilities

- Make extensive outbound calls (80–120 calls per day) to prospective and existing investors.
- Generate and qualify leads for investment in unlisted shares and pre-IPO opportunities.
- Educate clients about investment opportunities, pricing, and potential returns in the unlisted market.
- Build and maintain strong investor relationships through regular follow-ups.
- Convert leads into successful transactions and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the research and operations team for deal execution.
- Stay updated with market trends, IPO pipeline, and unlisted share opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Strong telecalling and persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume calling and rejection.
- Good understanding of equity markets / financial products (preferred).
- Target-oriented with strong sales closing ability.
- Excellent relationship management and follow-up skills.
