About the Role

We are seeking a high-performance, data-driven Performance Marketing professional to

drive digital acquisition and lead generation for upGrad’s Offline Learning Centres across

India. This role will focus on scaling Meta and Google Ads campaigns, optimising lead

funnels, improving lead quality, and delivering strong ROI across multiple cities. You will

work closely to execute and optimise high-volume, multi-location growth campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

• Own Paid Media Execution: Launch, manage, and optimise Meta Ads and Google

Ads campaigns across multiple centres and cities to drive high-quality leads at

scale.

• Drive Funnel Performance: Monitor landing pages, tracking, UTMs, and

conversion flows to improve lead quality and reduce drop-offs.

• Performance Tracking & Insights: Track daily spends, CPL, conversions, and

lead quality; build reports and dashboards to derive actionable insights.

• Optimisation & Testing: Continuously test audiences, creatives, copies, and

campaign structures to improve efficiency and outcomes.

• Automation & Lead Routing: Support WhatsApp automation and CRM

integrations to ensure seamless lead flow and follow-ups.

• Growth Initiatives: Conduct competitor research, audience analysis, and

collaborate with sales teams to enhance lead quality and conversions.


Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (agency background

preferred).

• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and working knowledge of Google Ads,

WATI/ WhatsApp API.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.

• Solid understanding of digital funnels, UTMs, CRM integrations, and performance

tracking.
