Investment Analyst / Sr. Analyst/ Associate /Sr. Associate – Join the Catalyst Tree (Misha Capital)

Misha Capital is looking to hire a motivated Investment Banking Analyst to support execution and origination across capital-raising and advisory transactions. The role offers hands-on exposure to live deals, with a strong focus on debt transactions (~80%), along with selective equity mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business models, financial statements, and cash flows to assess creditworthiness and investment potential
•  Build financial models, projections, and transaction analyses for debt and equity deals
• Prepare Information Memorandums (IMs) and other marketing materials for lenders and investors
• Support structuring, negotiation, and execution of debt and equity transactions
• Coordinate due diligence, assist in documentation, and support deal closure
• Conduct industry and company research to support deal origination and execution.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Graduate in B. Com / M. Com or Qualified / Semi-qualified CA
• Strong finance, accounting, and financial analysis knowledge
• Prior exposure to investment banking, credit, corporate finance, or valuation will be an added advantage

Candidate Profile

• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills
• Ability to clearly articulate credit and investment stories to lenders and investors
• Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced deal environment
• Strong communication skills with a proactive mindset
