Description:

We are now recruiting Analyst for our Mumbai office in Investment Banking & Transaction Advisory Team.

Responsibilities:

· Preparing business plan and financial model for companies.

· Preparing detailed Information Memorandum / Board Presentations.

· Preparing investment analysis for various investment proposals

· Conducting business valuation and Preparing valuation reports for companies

· Coordinating with clients for information

· Understanding key commercial, strategic, and financial strengths and weaknesses of companies

. First cut evaluation of various M&A opportunities received by clients by understanding operations, financial condition, and deal prospects

.Providing deal support and actively engaging with clients for various M&A and fund-raising deals

· Preparing Draft letter of interest / MOU / term sheets.

· Evaluating various prospective transactions in terms of: - Valuation, Deal Structure and Terms and conditions

· Assist in Due Diligence process management, coordinate with financial advisors conducting due diligence and legal advisors for agreement drafting.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 3-year post qualification experience.
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience
  • Experience with Big4 firms, advisory platforms, boutique IB firms, or top-tier corporates preferred.
  • Good financial modelling skills.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of corporate finance and valuation techniques.
  • Good communication skills and ssscorporate etiquettes to deal with senior management.
  • Growth and target oriented.
