About the Role

We are looking to hire an Investment Analyst to work directly with the Founder on evaluating, structuring, and executing real estate investments. This is a high-responsibility role with direct exposure to live deals, decision-making, and portfolio execution. The role is suited for individuals who want to move beyond support functions and develop into investors.

Responsibilities

• Deal Evaluation & Underwriting
• Build detailed financial models for real estate investments
• Analyze project feasibility, cashflows, and return scenarios
• Conduct downside and sensitivity analysis
• Evaluate developer assumptions, pricing, and timelines

• Investment Memos & Decision Support
• Prepare IC (Investment Committee) memos
• Structure key investment arguments and risks
• Support decision-making with clear, concise analysis

• Transaction Structuring Support
• Assist in structuring deals (equity, structured, special situations)
• Work on capital stack analysis and return waterfalls
• Support legal and financial structuring alongside advisors

• Market Research
• Conduct micro-market analysis (pricing, absorption, supply)
• Benchmark comparable transactions
• Track real estate trends across India and Dubai

• Portfolio Monitoring
• Track project progress (cost, timeline, sales)
• Identify risks and deviations from plan
• Prepare periodic performance reports

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in:
• Investment Banking
• Big 4 (Transaction Advisory / Valuations)
• Real Estate Investment / PE
• Relevant financial roles

Required Skills

• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
• Ability to think independently and challenge assumptions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Clear written and verbal communication

Preferred Skills

• High ownership and accountability
• Commercial thinking (not just technical execution)
• Curiosity about real estate and capital markets
• Ability to work in an unstructured, high-responsibility environment
