Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer role for our Head Office located in Gurugram. The CFO will be responsible for directing and overseeing the financial activities of the organization, including the development of financial strategies, management of budgeting processes, preparation of financial statements, and performance analysis. Additional responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with the executive team to inform strategic decisions. The CFO will also lead efforts to optimize the company’s financial performance and guide investments to support business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Financial Planning and Finance, with the ability to set and manage budgets.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting processes.
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data and inform strategic decisions.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to work effectively with executive teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance and corporate governance standards.
• Master’s degree in CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• At least 7-10 years of experience in financial management, preferably within real estate or a related industry.
