Inventory Executive

Location: Rampipliya (Mangliya), Dewasnaka, Kshipra (INDORE-MP)

Preferred: Candidate with relevant experience.

An organized individual to manage and maintain accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will have at least one to two years of relevant experience, strong MS Excel skills, and excellent data management capabilities. Experience in the FMCG industry and familiarity with Tally ERP/Prime will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

· Track and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.

· Maintain accurate and updated records of inventory transactions, stock receipts, and dispatches.

· Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data accuracy.

· Use MS Excel to analyze inventory data, generate reports, and forecast stock requirements.

· Collaborate with the warehouse teams to streamline inventory processes.

· Manage purchase indent, receipts, and inventory movements.

· Ensure all inventory activities align with company policies and procedures.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for review.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field preferred).

· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.

· Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and data management tools.

· Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred.

· Knowledge of ERP software is an additional advantage.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
