Inventory Specialist

As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our team and seeking a full-time Inventory Specialist for our Boston location (on-site only).

• Input, organize, and maintain detailed inventory records for all incoming and outgoing watches
• Carefully examine and test luxury timepieces for condition, completeness, and functionality
• Verify the accuracy of watch details (brand, reference, serial, configuration, accessories) against internal standards
• Support general inventory management, including physical counts, reconciliation, and stock organization
• Collaborate with sales, photography, and operations teams to ensure inventory is ready for listing and sale
• Flag discrepancies, potential issues, or high-priority pieces to management in a timely manner

• College education required
• Strong attention to detail and a highly organized, process-driven mindset
• Genuine passion for watches and eagerness to learn about brands, models, and movements
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with significant daily volume
• Reliable, professional, and able to work full-time on-site in our Boston location
