Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience: 3–6 years in inventory/warehouse operations in fashion ethnic wear (mandatory) — apparel brands with SKU-heavy, size-set environments

About the Role
You will own the complete movement of stock across Kusvaa — from production instock to store distribution to online order dispatch. This is a hands-on, systems-driven role where accuracy, discipline, and Excel mastery matter more than anything else. You'll also lead the warehouse/inventory team and manage their day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management & Stock Control

• Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records across warehouse, stores, and online channels
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verification; reconcile discrepancies
• Track stock ageing, slow movers, and fast movers; flag reorder needs to management
• Maintain SKU-level hygiene — barcoding, tagging, and correct categorization of all styles
  

Production Instock

• Receive finished goods from production; verify quantities and quality-check counts against production orders
• Log all instock entries into the inventory system/Excel trackers same-day
• Coordinate with the production team on incoming schedules and shortfalls
  

Store Distribution (Stock Out)

• Plan and execute stock allocation and dispatch to all retail stores based on sales trends and store requests
• Manage inter-store transfers and returns from stores
• Ensure every outward movement is documented with proper challans/transfer notes
  

Online Order Dispatch

• Manage daily picking, packing, and dispatch of D2C e-commerce orders within committed timelines
• Coordinate with courier partners; track shipments, RTOs, and customer returns
• Sync online inventory to prevent overselling or stockouts on the website
  

Team Management

• Supervise warehouse staff — assign daily tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure process discipline
• Manage team attendance, shift planning, leaves, and holiday scheduling
• Train team members on SOPs, handling standards, and packing quality
  

Requirements

• Mandatory: prior inventory experience in fashion ethnic wear/apparel — must understand size sets, style-colour-size SKU structures, seasonal collections, and store replenishment cycles
• B.Tech/B.E. (any stream) OR graduate with demonstrably strong computer skills
• Advanced Excel is non-negotiable — VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formulas, large data handling
• Comfortable learning inventory/ERP software and e-commerce panels (Woocommerce, marketplace dashboards, courier panels)
• Strong numerical accuracy and documentation discipline
• Ability to lead a small team and manage physical + system workflows simultaneously
• Based in or willing to relocate to Gurugram
  

Good to Have

• Familiarity with Tally Prime or barcode/WMS systems
• Two-wheeler for occasional store coordination
