Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inventory Executive located in New Delhi. The Inventory Executive will oversee inventory management, including receiving, organizing, and tracking stock. Responsibilities include monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, coordinating with suppliers for timely procurement, and maintaining accurate data in inventory systems. The role also involves ensuring loss prevention, optimizing stock levels, and preparing inventory reports to support operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Inventory management expertise, including stock tracking and control, and experience with inventory systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize stock levels and identify discrepancies effectively.
• Proficiency in data entry, audit preparation, and creating detailed inventory reports.
• Effective communication and coordination skills to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple inventory tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of retail operations or similar experience is beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in an inventory management or similar role is preferred.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
