Role Description The Inventory Manager (Retail Apparel) will oversee day-to-day inventory operations for a retail apparel environment, ensuring accurate stock levels, timely replenishment, and organized storage. Responsibilities include monitoring incoming and outgoing merchandise, conducting regular stock audits, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining inventory records in relevant systems. The role involves collaborating with store management, sales teams, and suppliers to forecast demand, manage purchase orders, and support seasonal and promotional inventory planning. The Inventory Manager will also work on improving processes to reduce stockouts, overstock, and shrinkage, while supporting customer-facing teams with product availability information. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Inventory Control and Inventory Management skills to oversee stock accuracy and efficient operations.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales trends, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels.
  • Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and support a positive in-store experience.
  • Relevant experience in retail apparel or retail operations, including familiarity with POS and inventory management software, is beneficial.
  • A diploma or degree in business, retail management, supply chain, or a related field, along with the ability to work on-site in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, is advantageous.
