About The Role

As an Inventory Analyst, you will define optimal inventory levels for Finished Goods (FG), Semi-Finished Goods, and Raw & Pack materials. You’ll collaborate with planners and cross-functional teams to balance inventories, lead times, capacity, and cost decisions, ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define inventory strategy in collaboration with concurrent planners and Category DSP managers.
- Establish and share optimal inventory levels for FG, Semi-Finished Goods, and Raw & Pack materials, considering demand variability and supplier lead time fluctuations.
- Identify opportunities to reduce inventory holding costs through optimized storage, transportation, and order quantity strategies.
- Segment portfolio and manage high-value items rigorously.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on inventory trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure inventory data quality compliance.
- Collaborate with planners to balance inventories, lead times, capacity, and cost decisions.
- Develop and implement inventory risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
Experience:
- 2+ years in supply planning and inventory management within a multinational environment.
- Expertise in inventory optimization, replenishment strategies, and control techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Economics.
- CPIM certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of E2E supply chain planning and trade-offs between service level and cost.
- Ability to interact and influence internal stakeholders with integrity.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (other languages are a plus).
