Inbound Officer – Kotak 811 (Kotak Mahindra Bank)

Payroll: Directly on Kotak Mahindra Bank Payroll

Job Summary:-

Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking dynamic and customer-focused Inbound Officers for its Kotak 811 Digital Banking division. The role involves handling inbound customer interactions, providing exceptional service, explaining digital banking products, and driving cross-selling opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle inbound customer calls related to Kotak 811 accounts and digital banking services
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and usage of Kotak 811 and associated services
• Provide effective customer support (75%) and cross-selling of banking products (25%)
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure proper follow-ups
• Adhere to banking compliance, service quality standards, and internal processes
• Achieve assigned service and sales targets
• Work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, including weekends and holidays

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Education: Graduate (Any Discipline)
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience (No freshers)
• Age Limit: 18 to 32 years
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Career Gap: No employment gaps exceeding 6 months

Shift & Working Conditions:-

• Rotational shifts, including Sundays and holidays
• 8 rotational weekly offs per month
• For female candidates: Shift timing between 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Compensation:-

• CTC: Up to ₹4,00,000 per annum
• Final compensation will depend on interview performance and experience
