Job Description
Role : Business Development Intern
Duration: 3–6 Months
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated BBA/MBA freshers who are passionate about sales, marketing, and business development. This internship offers hands-on exposure to lead generation, client outreach, digital marketing, and business growth strategies in the IT services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Research potential clients and identify business opportunities.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other online platforms.
- Support outbound sales and marketing activities.
- Qualify leads and maintain the CRM/database.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Support social media and branding initiatives when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Eligibility
- Fresh graduates with a BBA, MBA, or equivalent degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital platforms is an added advantage.
- Eagerness to learn sales and marketing in the IT industry.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Confidence in interacting with clients.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
