Job Title: Operations Executive – Exports Business

• Manage international export operations, including sea & air shipments for online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) and offline distribution channels.
• Handle shipment planning, inventory tracking, export documentation, compliance, and coordination with freight forwarders, CHAs, and internal teams.
• Ensure smooth execution of sample and commercial shipments while maintaining timelines and regulatory requirements.
• Develop expertise in international market operations, export regulations, certifications, and country-specific documentation requirements.
• Build and manage relationships with logistics and export service partners to optimize costs and efficiency.

• 1–3 years of experience in Export Operations, International Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Market Operations.
• Understanding of international trade, export documentation, logistics, and compliance processes.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and excellent coordination skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• MBA (Supply Chain/International Business) or B.Com/MBA with exposure to export operations.
