Who We're Looking For:

We're hiring a Creative Strategy Intern who wants hands-on experience across the full production cycle: from finding creators to directing shoots to shipping ads that convert. You should already know how social media works and be comfortable talking to people, negotiating, and taking ownership on shoot days.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Find, reach out to, and onboard UGC creators for brand campaigns
• Negotiate rates and deliverables with creators and talent
• Ideate content concepts from brand briefs
• Write scripts and hooks for UGC Ads
• Create storyboards and shot plans before shoot day
• Shoot videos on iPhone with an eye for framing, lighting, and pacing
• Direct the entire shoot: dialogue delivery, tone, expressions, retakes
• Stay on top of social media formats, trends, and what's working on Meta and Instagram

What You Must Have:

• Strong grasp of Instagram and social media content formats
• Confidence in communicating and negotiating with creators
• Comfort shooting video on an iPhone
• Ability to think in hooks, angles, and user psychology
• Willingness to be on set and take charge of a shoot end to end
• Based in Delhi NCR
