We are a fast-growing B2B ingredients eCommerce company serving the U.S. market, specializing in supplying ingredients used across industries such as supplements, food & beverages, animal nutrition, and cosmetics. With a strong manufacturing setup in India and warehouse stocking in the USA, we provide competitive pricing, faster deliveries, and flexible order quantities to our customers. We currently serve 300+ customers in the United States, including several well-known brands.
Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented International Sales Executive to manage and grow relationships with U.S.-based clients. The role involves engaging with potential customers through calls and emails, understanding their ingredient requirements, introducing our offerings, and converting opportunities into long-term business relationships.
You will work with a pre-qualified database of U.S. companies through CRM, enabling you to focus on building relationships and closing deals rather than starting from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective and existing U.S.-based clients through calls and emails.
- Introduce the company, its products, and its value proposition.
- Understand customer requirements and pricing expectations.
- Develop strong B2B relationships with international customers.
- Convert prospects into new customers and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, product availability, and order fulfillment.
- Follow up consistently with customers to ensure ongoing engagement and sales opportunities.

Compensation & Incentives
- Competitive base salary + statutory benefits.
- ₹2,500 incentive for every new customer onboarded.
- 0.5% – 1.75% invoice incentive (uncapped).
- Average invoice value: ~$5,400 (~₹5 Lakhs).
- Recurring incentives from repeat monthly orders.
- Incentives become active after 3 months of probation.
Training & Support
- 2 weeks of structured sales training.
- 8–10 weeks of close mentoring and hand-holding.
- Work with a 50+ member growing team.
Ideal Candidate
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Confident in international client interactions.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-driven.
- Ability to work in night shifts (US market timing).
- Experience in B2B sales, international sales, or export sales is an advantage.
- Bangalore Candidates preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
