For Freshers
- Role: Business Development Trainee / Intern
- Training Period: 3 Months
- Stipend: ₹15,000 per month + Incentives + Cab Facility
- Post Training: PPO with CTC up to ₹30,000 per month + Unlimited USD Incentives + Cab Facility
For Experienced Candidates
- Role: Business Development Executive
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in US Logistics (Freight Brokerage) or International Voice Process (Sales/B2B Preferred)
- CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance) + Unlimited USD Incentives + Cab Facility
Shift: Night Shift (US Shift) – 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

Position Overviews
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our sales team as Business Development Executives (BDEs).
In this role, you will be responsible for securing freight loads from shippers, negotiating rates, and building strong relationships with clients in North America. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales process.
This role demands strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a commitment to meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
Note: Please apply only if you’re comfortable working in the Night Shift (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM).
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Management: Engage in outbound cold calls to identify and connect with potential US-based shippers
- Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: From prospecting and pitching to closing deals and managing accounts—own the entire shipper relationship
- Coordination with Carrier Team: Work closely with internal teams handling carriers and pricing
- Problem Solving & Escalation Management: Address client concerns and ensure smooth shipment execution
- Documentation: Handle and manage the necessary paperwork and documentation associated with freight transactions
