This is a full-time International Sales Associate position, based on-site in Noida. In this role, you will engage in selling Admistay’s services, including university admissions support and student accommodation solutions, to clients worldwide. You will handle customer inquiries, build and maintain relationships with students and stakeholders, and provide personalized guidance throughout the admission and accommodation processes. Responsibilities also include generating leads, converting prospects, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the company’s growth in the EdTech sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships and handling inquiries
- Proficiency in sales techniques, lead generation, and customer relationship management
- Good understanding of the international education landscape, admissions processes, and EdTech trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software is a plus
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in business, marketing, or education-related fields)
- Previous experience (0-1 years) in EdTech sales or consulting roles is a plus
