Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an International Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities globally, fostering relationships with international clients, and ensuring sustainable growth. Responsibilities include market research, proposal development, collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute business strategies, and maintaining a strong network of partnerships. The role also includes monitoring market trends, attending industry events, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Planning
- Proficiency in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Global Market Expansion
- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience with Strategic Planning, Revenue Forecasting, and Business Strategy Formulation
- Familiarity with CRM software and Business Intelligence tools
- Demonstrated ability to work in cross-cultural and international business environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Marketing, or relevant field (MBA preferred)
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Proactive mindset, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills
Salary
• Monthly Salary Budget 25k to 50k+ Attractive incentives +perks
