Job Description

MantraCare is hiring an International Business Development Specialist who will be responsible for handling international business operations, managing business development activities, and leading the team to drive global growth. The candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and experience working with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow international business opportunities for MantraCare
• Handle communication and coordination with international clients and partners
• Lead and manage the business development team
• Develop strategies for client acquisition and business expansion globally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects
• Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and support
• Conduct market research and identify new international business opportunities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
• Handle international meetings and calls as per different country time zones

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
• Relevant experience in International Business Development or International Sales
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle international clients professionally
• Comfortable working in flexible shifts/time zones when required
• Good negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare, wellness, or mental health industry is a plus
• Knowledge of CRM tools and international sales processes
• Strong problem-solving and relationship management abilities
