Job Description
Sam Global Biocare Private Limited is a fast-growing pharmaceutical export and distribution company based in Gurugram, India. We specialize in finished dosage formulations and have built a strong presence across the Middle East and African markets, particularly in Iraq and Sudan.
With a strong focus on regulatory execution, logistics, and long-term partnerships, we work closely with leading manufacturers across India, Europe, Jordan, and Australia to deliver structured market access and consistent growth.
We are looking for a highly driven, independent professional who can manage the complete export lifecycle — from identifying international distributors to executing shipments and handling regulatory coordination.
This role requires strong commercial understanding, regulatory exposure, and the ability to take full ownership of international business operations.
• Identify and connect with distributors in MEA markets
• Build and manage international B2B pipeline
• Share product portfolios and understand requirements
• Coordinate product selection with internal/external teams
• Onboard new manufacturers (India/EU/Jordan/Australia)
• Build strong multi-dosage manufacturer network
• Prepare costing (procurement + logistics + margins)
• Price products competitively with strong margins
• Negotiate and close deals independently
• Handle end-to-end order lifecycle
• Generate PI, invoices, POs
• Draft agreements (LOA, contracts, exclusivity)
• Coordinate production timelines with manufacturers
• Manage regulatory documentation (COPP, dossiers, FSC, COA)
• Support product registration & import permits
• Manage packaging, artworks, and compliance
• Coordinate logistics and shipment execution
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Manage communication across all stakeholders
• Resolve delays, regulatory issues, or supply challenges proactively
• Maintain records of deals, pricing, and communications
• 3–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical exports (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of finished dosage forms (FDF)
• Experience in Middle East / African markets preferred
• Strong knowledge of regulatory documentation (COPP, Dossier, etc.)
• Excellent negotiation and commercial skills
• Ability to work independently with full ownership
• High attention to detail and execution capability
• Strong communication skills (English mandatory)
• Proficiency in Excel (costing, tracking, analysis)
