Role Description The International Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new international business opportunities, expanding relationships with retailers, wholesalers, importers, and brands in target markets. Day-to-day tasks include market research, prospecting, managing sales pipelines, preparing business proposals, and leading negotiations to close deals. The manager will coordinate with internal teams on pricing, product development, production schedules, and logistics to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining key accounts, monitoring performance, and contributing to strategic business planning to drive sustainable global growth.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong skills in International Business Development and International Sales, with a track record of generating and closing global opportunities.
- Experience in International Business and Business Planning, including market analysis, growth strategy, and expansion into new regions.
- Proficiency in Account Management, with the ability to nurture long-term client relationships and manage multiple global accounts.
- Background in textiles, home furnishings, or related manufacturing/export industries is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and travel internationally as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field; advanced qualifications in international business are a plus.
